Hello and welcome! I’m Kate, professional Peacebuilder. I help people work through conflict by teaching conflict skills and mediating workplace disagreements. I have a decade of experience as a couples and family therapist and have formal mediation training. Additionally, I have owned and operated multiple small businesses and have been an employee of major institutions and family-owned businesses. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with the people I love (especially outside), reading, or practicing losing with grace on the pickleball court.
